The AE Products Temporary Power Bank offers electric utilities a quick and easy means of restoring power to a customer’s residence via a neighboring device during emergency and after-hours scenarios. The Temporary Power Bank is a two-part system utilizing AEP’s meter adapters. One adapter has been configured to be the donor. The donor adapter can be easily installed on a neighboring meter in order to temporarily drawer power. A recipient adapter would be installed on the meter that is experiencing an interruption in service. The donor and recipient adapters are compatible with 2S form, 200 Amp meters.  Connectors are designed for #4 triplex SO which can be threaded through a watertight cord grip. (Interconnect cables are not included) safely and easily disconnect power at the meter.
